Recruited to manage the Project Control Office of the strategy execution team, overseeing an $80 M spend on the customization of claims and policy packages. After five months assumed the senior leadership role of a team of program managers responsible for requirements creation, parameterization and development of the SOA based policy, billing, finance, reports, interface and documentation programs. Worldwide resources are in excess of 120 people, with a total program budget of $50 M.
