Senior Project Manageer

Contracted to over see various projects, within the bank’s WebBroker discount brokerage toolset.

Accomplishments

Initiated a project primarily focused on a graphical refresh and the integration of web services into WebBroker. Project was put on hold when the 11 year old environment proved too costly to upgrade.

Primary liazon between the bank’s technology/business groups and a vendor that was contracted to create an architectureal roadmap for WebBroker and detail the modifications required to position WebBroker to be able to deliver quicker more robust enhancements, support tablets, etc.

Re-started the WebBroker Help Desk project, that had been put on hold 2 years prior, at the end of the development phase. After development was re-verified, over saw the execution of the SIT, BAT, PAT and performance testing phases. Delivered project on schedule/under budget.
